I have 67 Massey Ferguson 410 Combine with 6 cylinder overhead cam chevy engine. I think it's a 292 cubic inch. I need the firing order to retime the engine after mouse attack.

15 too young - 36 too old - 24 just right.
Never seen an inline 6 with anything else for a firing order.

Go to the store and buy 7 bottles of wine, drink 6 of them and save the corks. Put 1 cork in each spark plug hole, turn the engine in the direction of rotation, corks will pop out on the compression stroke in firing order.

Drink the remaining bottle of wine to celebrate. By then you won't give a sh!t about firing orders. Relax, take a nap, it's Sunday the day of rest.

Joe

All the Chevy 6 cylinder engines that I ever had had the 1-5-3-6-2-4 firing order. That 292 is a good engine. Hal
