I did some reseeding for a guy on his CRP a few years ago. I bushhoged the brome grass in august they sprayed it with roundup after it greened up again. I drilled 10 lbs. of alfalfa with a JD 750 drill into the dead sod in the spring and we got a beautiful stand of alfalfa. Lee

I have chiseled mine twice and disced it four or five times, it will need lime and fertilizer in the spring. Old Rail Road right of way it has been close to a hundred years since it had a plow in it.
