I've got a 1952 G. It has good oil pressure and has always ran great. The last time I ran it I had no problems. Then a week later I started it and it would only run on one cylinder. After checking the ignition system, I was running it and when I open the compression pitcocks I can tell that the cylinder that is firing has a bunch more compression. Any Ideas what could have happened?

Thanks,

Tracy

sounds like a valve stuck open or closed remove cover and take a look at it.

First thing I do is swap the spark plugs around. If the miss changes to the other cylinder you got a bad plug.
As far as compression the one firing has the combustion in addition to compression. I should feel like more.

I had a 70 that broke a rocker arm. Pulled the valve cover to find it.
