This was our second year with a Kuhn 4120 rotary rake and we'd quit raising hay if we had to go back to a wheel or bar rake. We ran it over close to 700 acres this year without a single problem and it's paid for itself between higher quality hay, half a day faster drying time and it puts more hay in the windrow too.

Depends on what your use is. I have a 254nh? double rotary works great as a fluffer only fair as rake . Have used both Kuhn and JF rotary"s, both do excellent job raking I prefer the JF,but dealer"s are scarce. But when it comes to just raking hay it is hard to beat a Vermeer hydraulic, I"m currently looking for a good 23A or24A.

We've got a Kuhn rotary rake. Works better than any other rake we've had. Great for all hay and field types, even corn stalks, and hay tends to dry faster because instead of roping it up like the others, it fluffs it.

I always keep coming back to New Holland. When you have wet hay underneath that you want to flip, there's is the best choice.

New holland. I prefer their pull types, particularly the three wheeled models.
