Is there such a thing as site where you can look at parts diagrams and figure out what you need before calling/driving to the dealer? My nearest Deere dealer is almost an hour away, twice I've ordered from them and gotten the wrong part, didn't know till I got there or got back home. Most of the sites I've visited (including this one) have a few general things but not half of what I need. JD online doesn't even come close.

BTW, its a 2020 not an old classic so the antiquers don't stock stuff for it. Thanks guys!

You'll learn to like the site...It takes a little getting used to.

For instance finding a 72" mower deck can be difficult.

I found if you input "72" in the search box it will list all 72" models.

Kent I too am in KC and order all of my parts directly through John Deeres web page they have excellent parts look up. I have been a Deere mechanic for over fifteen years. The information on their site is identical to that the dealer has, even the old machines on micro fiche it is a direct copy. With a little information you get a password and you can even check pricing and availability. With a credit card you can even have parts drop shipped.

Most your local dealers now have an on-line parts book on their own web site and to see if they have the parts you need in inventory. If no luck there try jdparts.com
