I have a set of 2 1/4 hubs off of a Oliver 60.I am wanting to put them on a Super C.My problem, the axle on the Super C is 1/32 bigger that my hubs.I don't want to cut the axles down because I want to be able to go back stock if want to later. How can I cut the inside of the hubs down to fit ????? A file will take along time and probably with my luck,be out of round when I get done.Any ideas out there??

I think it is a good job for a lathe. A good machinest should have no problem with it.I know it will cost, but some times you have to bite that bullet and do it. Been in the same with having to pay for some thing that was real simple to do with the correct tool.
