What's up with this guy? It has to be a scam. He has a Kubota M4900 4x4, with loader, mower, post hole auger, tandem disc, offset plow for $2900, and a John Deere 790 4x4, 190 hours, new tires and brakes, box blade, rotary mower, 18' trailer also for $2900. Actually, it looks like two guys, nut probably is the same guy.

I had the same thing happen to me on this website over a plow that I was selling the guy wanted to send me a money order for 10,000 to deposit and then I was to forward the rest of the money to one of his buddies emailed the stuff to the authorities guess they took care of it If you deposit the money order then you are liable for the money to be paid back

I posted a similar question this morning in the John Deere forum. Try and find the ads now. They are gone. Much have been pulled.

I haven't heard back so I'm assuming it is a scam of some sort.

I emailed the guy with the 790. No response and no phone number. I think bneuhart is right! Has to be a scam.

I think it"s a scam, I emailed someone on craigslist.org that had the same type of ad for a Kubota for $2900 and they emailed back saying they only accepted paypal and all this other stuff, I didn"t respond and the next thing I know my email is getting all of this spam. I think they do it to get your email address.

Those tractors are cheap in Texas, and the guy in Vermont with the 755 JD is too high also.If you are curious or interested, why not call the guy?

John Deeres of any size are not cheap in Texas. Far from it. I saw the ad. The price has to be wrong.
