Doubt it. The Oliver pulley has a stub shaft sticking out the end opposite the pullet. The Oliver pto has a short pto shaft that sticks into a collar on the tractor. The shaft is held in place by a bolt that goes through the collar and the shaft. To install belt pulley, remove short pto shaft, insert stub pto on belt pulley, and fasten in place with 4 bolts. Bolts ordinarily hold the brackets that hold the stay chains. See if that matches the description of the Ford set up.

We had an 8N with a pulley when I was a kid- just about sure you just stuck the pulley assembly over the regular PTO shaft on the back of the tractor, and just bolted it on.
