O/T Homelite eletric start weed eater ????

I was just given this thing but since it has no pull start and no battery I of course can't start it. So does any body have an idea of what the battery voltage might have been on this thing?? I looked for a model number on it and didn't see one which I know could help.

If I can get an idea of what voltage the battery should be I could if nothing else sort of jump start it when I want to use it.

On the Homelite web site in the parts section, they list a Touchstart electric start gas trimmer that uses a DA06965A rechargable battery and D06550 battery charger. They donīt give the voltage for the battery.
