We were trying to get a trailer plug hooked up on dad's old jeep cherokee (the wobbly old jeep as my 5 year old calls it). It seems as the bracket that held the plug rusted off so they just snipped off the wires and left them hanging. With a multitester and some trial and error we think we identified the wires, but somewhere in the process we screwed up the brake lights. The chiltons manual says there is a circuit breaker but we cannot find it. The cover for the fuse box is gone so we can't idetify all the fuses and breakers. Anybody got a good idea where to start. Thanks alot Mike

Do Google search"Trailer Wiring Diagrams" , it will give you wire identification from vehicle to trailer weather its 4 wire to seven or other combos..good kuck
