the clutch on my "54 641 tractor won't disengage. I haven't used it in a few months and I figure with all the rain we had , it rusted up. Is there a way to break it free without taking it all apart?

I have a tractor still in pieces, for painting. It had a button clutch disc in it. They cause more wear to the flywheel and pressure plate than a normal clutch disc. Both had about .03 wear to them that needed to be machined off to get them flat again.
I believe that to permanently solve your problem, you will need to have some work done to both parts as well.
With my opinion and a buck may be able to get a can of coke.

Ditto what old said. I've also poppe dthem loose by hooking up a rotary mower and blocke dthe clutch down and just hit the starter a few times. once you get it loose.. slip it a little extra.

Also... as a warning.. once it has stuck once.. it's very likely to do so in the future.. so you may want to block the clutch. My 850 will stick an about 2 weeks if i don't block it.

Also.. a 641 will be a minimum of a 1958 tractor.. 1954 was the NAA series..

Theres a few thing you can try that work some times. Block the clutch pedal down for a few days, #2 start it in gear and in a big open place with out other people etc. around drive it till it pops loose. #3 pull the starter off and then with the pedal blocked down spray brake cleaner into the clutch area, turn the engine over a little at a time so you get the whole clutch. Yes its a little hard to turn the engine but it can be done by grabbing the fan and if the belt is as tight as it should be the engine will turn. The after you get it freed up always block the pedal down or it will happen again. BTDT and on my one 8N the pedal is blocked down and has been since the last time I used it
