Where can I find push rod tubes for my 39 JD B?
Also do the manifold stud holes go through to the water jacket in the cylinder head?

Push rod tubes can be ordered from Deere. The manifold stud holes do go into the water jacket. You need to get the proper studs. If they are threaded too long, they will go in too deep and puncture your brand new push rod tubes. Order these studs from Deere also, or at the very least carefully measure down to the tube and make certain you don't go down too far.

I got my brass ones right from Mother Deere. On the unstyled heads you gotta be careful n NOT drill the manifold studs too deep cuz that punctures the tubes. I put mine in the freezer overnight prior to installation to shrink them down a bit.
