We watched you on NBC News tonight. Good looking bunch of tractors. It is good to see that all of us that love old iron were well represented by you folks up north.

Just caught a clip on NBC News about the annual tractor show they have there. Was only about 5 minutes at the end of the program.

Grew up 40 miles from Mott... what was going on? County fair or what?

The guy that used to have all the tractors parked along the highway sold out last year so it couldn't have been him...

Last year they had an auction for Benny Schaible's tractors after his death. His large group of tractors had been an attraction for a number of years in Mott, so the town came up with the idea of a "Tractorfest" before the auction as a way to celebrate the tractors and decided to make it an annual event.

The town's website is:

My mom grew up in the town of Burt just a few miles east of Mott and went to school with Mr. Schaible.
