Does anyone know where to find the red lens for the rear fender light made by Guide? This is the light that has a swith to switch between from rear field light to the red tail light. I"m missing the red lens. Thanks.

I was just wondering today how that red lens worked. I have been working on a 1950 VAC that sat outside for 10 years without being started. Other than a stuck valve , bad spark plug wires, etc. it did not take long to get the old thing running like a new sewing machine. Today I was playing with the light switch, oiling it up and replacing the pull button without even thinking the lights might work. I had left the pull button out and left the shop. When I went back there was this nice red glow from the rear light. I turned a little button on the side of the light and a normal light beamed. Thats when I noticed the front lights glowing beautifully. Can you imagine that after 10 years of exposure to the sun, rain, and snow. When you tinker with old tractors, sometimes its the little things that make you feel good.
