Don't know if I'm making any headway or not.

Got the sideboards all pulled off, the frozen PTO shaft unstuck, got 'er lubed and running. Needs a new floor, but we'll put that on next year's "Things to do" list. :>)

Okay, now to tackle that beater assembly. :>(

Now that is a unique outfit. I've never seen one like it. How many bushel is that supposed to hold. I recently outgrew my old 320 bushel New Idea and went to hydro push. Sure is sweet for piling summer manure. 2 bolts and 1 roller chain the whole beater assembly lifts off. Raise the tailgate and unload 430 cubic feet in 45 seconds

Allan; Is there a chain drive off the left side or ?. Sure is a clean outfit. Even a fresh power wash wouldnt look quite that good. Bob

The drive for the beater head is a knuckle/socket affair that fits right above that gear box on the left rear side of the bed.

I have to run to the salvage yard tomorrow and pick that up along with a couple of little mounting irons.

Other than that, think she is about ready to spread shieet. :>)

Someone on here a year or so ago was asking about converting a NH spreader to a live floor firewood wagon. Looks like your type of outfit would be just the ticket for him. Big and high up.
