I was gone for a week, and I forgot to put the sir filter back on my Snapper. It rained 1/2 an inch and that went in the carborator. What should I do now?

I would remove the sparkplug/plugs and spin the engine to expell any water in the cylinders, you dont want to get a hydraulic lock and bend a rod.
Other than that, like the other guy says, change the oil and run it. If the new oul gets a "milkshake" look to it, then change it again to get rid of the water.
