I was lookin at this truck to buy and it has the 350 5.7 V8 in it with a 4 speed manual and 90,000 miles. What would be a fair price for this truck and how much horsepower is it pushin. Also any positive or bad things about this truck. Thanks in advance.

I have a 90 1/2 ton 2wd that is probably the best money I,ve ever spent on cars or trucks. Next week it will turn 255 thousand miles. One radiator tank, an egr valve, water pump, intake gaskits,a couple sets of brakes and mufflers and lots of oil changes. The fuel hose split inside the gas tank a couple years ago, while pulling into my drive way so I could,nt get too upset about that. I raised the box, changed the original fuel pump along with the hose and it just keeps going, it,s been a great truck and I don,t think that GM pump cost over 100 bucks either. Jim

try www.kbb.com for a value. its a great truck, i think that engine is rated around 235 HP. the only bad thing i've found is the fuel pump, plan on spending $300 to change it yourself, and either the tank comes out or the bed comes off to change it.

I believe 1998 is when they changed fuel pumps. A 1990 should be cheep. My 1997 was around $100 for it.

the pump is fairly cheap, the sending units get rusty here in the Rust Belt, they add about $200.
