Last year I was cutting tress for a guy up the road and he has one of those things. Dang thing flew up on top of my truck and scratched the heck out of the paint on the hood and roof. I felt like cooking that one.

Those things are like guinea's, make way yonder more racket then their worth. I am wondering about that grill now. Maybe some taters, onions and peppers.

My dad used to have a peacock just like that. It had a tendency to jump up and spur you though. I think he was just playing put he'd always get a kick in the chest in return. Neat birds though, lots of personality. And yes, valuable.

Yeah, he may taste like chicken, but those pretty feathers when they molt, are worth a lot of money and so are the birds and the eggs themselves ('round $25 a PIECE). That blue-pied peacock is around $200+ down in my neck if the woods for a young adult, which is what it looks like it might be. They squawk up a storm sometimes, but they're worth it for the money they bring in!
