Recently came into free mined you, totally free 6 5 gallon pails of shc 120 motor oil at work, as changing over supplier to shell oil company, this mobile product is same as mobile 1 synthetic, but its for diesel engines, woder if its good to use on a 318 perkins or a 382 continental engines ones in a 1080 massey the other a 555 massey harris.

I've also noticed it getting sucked up past the valve guides and smoke upon start up. I have not ran it enough in enough stuff to notice extra leaking. After the smoke I switched back.

Kind of had that thought in mind, but the 1080 has about 3500 hours on it a rariety & the 555 has even less like in the 2600 range, it has been stored indoors all its life , when i bought it changed out the original filter cartridge, secondary were canadian tire specials from 1960's, however will keep these thoughts in mind , also have one of these new chev trucks with that isuzu diesel in it, might even use it there.
