Cows got out the 1st time tonight. Cops apparantly found 1 or 2 on the road and got them off and knocked on my brother's door (wrong house, but he called us). The cops were nice enough to go over the feilds with the spot light while we were tying them in to get a head count. Got them all the 1st time, get to fix fence tomorrow....

We need some rain. They just don't get a good tickle off the fence when it's so dry out.

Your in a lot better shape, than my nephew had happen to him. His biggest steer ended up as a hood ornament on a pickup.

Add a ground wire at throat or brisket height. Works for goats and sheep too.

Donovan you could wet the soil around your earth stake at the charger, can help the system a little.

Mother nature is wetting all the fence posts right now. 1st decent rain in 2 weeks for us, we needed it badly.
