How many of you use them on open station rigs? Right now I just wear a ball cap to reduce sunburn on the noggin.

I've been half heartedly looking for AC, Oliver and IH ones and they seem very rare and if in good shape very spendy.

Ebay lister SNOWCO seems to be only outfit that makes umbrellas anymore. Can a guy make appropriate logo template and repaint these plain white ones?

Again just curious.

I use one on my John Deere 60 that I got from the Deere Dealer, but it has a tensioner to adjust the pitch and it always loosens up and falls all over the place, anybody else have a better one that stays put? I sure do like the sun protection.

Shep

As far as running the tractor they are worth their weight in gold in the warmer climes. I put one on my Dad's WD45. He poopoo'd it when I put it on said it would be in the way getting on and off (he's right there). Once he had run with it for a while he won't hardly go with out. Tractor it is on is used for spot spraying.

They are wonderful. I cultivated tobacco for years all summer long without one. About 8 years ago I put one on my Super C and have loved it. Even fights off a light shower of rain pretty good. Done away with the hat all together during hot weather. Mine ir Red and white, but no logo. I have seen them somewhere for sale.

I always used to get canopys for my tractors. (if not putting on deere or IH tractors, then i buy a standard rollbar and a standard canpoy from an aftermarket supplier and paint it the color of the off-color tractor, like an oliver) Nothing like the added protection of the rollbar, too. Just a suggestion.

I use the buggy style ones and really like them. They provide lots of protection and are really durable in windy conditions.
