Can someone tell me if this is the original power steering system for a 1974 International 200 truck? I'm guessing its not original because it has homemade couplers on it that are not good and weak mounting bracket. I hope you can see it on the picture. Could you let me know or even post a picture of the correct setup? I have tried Yesterday's Trucks, but no replies. Thanks.

want another one we have a 62 all wheel drive w/ a diamond plow only has 20K miles never been on the road bed gone but cab is in good cond except for the floors runs ex. dont use anymore to cold in the winter with the holes in the floor but good for parts or restore 345 V./8 4 spd.

That is definitaly a Char-Lynn torque generator... but I have never in my life seen one on anything but a tractor!

That looks just like the Char-Lynn on my old Cockshutt if so its not original but from experience with IH PS its a lot better.

that is a CharLynn power steering unit very commonly added to tractors in 50's and early 60's.
