Saturday was the perfect guy day for me.
Weather was excellent.. Tee shirt and AM coffee on the porch....
Got to drive truck a little in the morning....
Then I was finally able to get the plow out and work up some ground.....
Then I got to work on a tractor that wasn't running and got it to go....
Meat and potatoes for supper....
And a beer before bed!

And it got to 70+ degrees Also!!
So I got a little ground ready for some sweet corn. I'm leaving work early today and put it in.
Rain tonight.
Have a good one!
Phil

You must not have the plow set right or your points are worn out? I've never had to adjust to make the front plow go in the ground & have the back one out?? Something has got to be wrong there. Adjusting the toplink should angle the plow & or point from front to back, not control the depth of the front plow. You may need to adjust your draftlink up or down?

Isn't that an awful big tractor for a single bottom plow or are you hiding another one back there.

I pull a 16 in 3 and 4 bottom with my Case LA.

I'm pulling 3 16s in that picture the angle of the shot hides it I guess. Actually that green plow and red tractor don't get along too well. When I adjust the top link so the front doesn't go too deep the last bottom barely lifts enough to clear the ground. I have a lot of scuff marks to prove that. Power wise I think I could be pulling 4 18s but I work with what I have for now. I would really like to have a 3X18 two way plow. That would work nice on my hills and small fields.
