I am putting on duals,18.4X38 Firestone All Traction Radials,do I have to use radial tubes or can I use regular tubes??TIA,Bob.

Yeah, What the guys below said. Of course you really don't have to use radial tubes if you like to give the tire guy job security. They are only 5 bucks a tube more, spend the big money and do it right.

Radial tires need radial tubes, no matter if they are insides, duals, or triples. Radial tires will literally shred bias tubes because of how they flex. I've had radials since they first came out, run them with bias duals, but each has their own style tubes. Interesting when you get stuck with radial inside, bias dual- radial typically has clean lugs while the bias is filled with mud. But you're still stuck! (Just an observation after calling on the two-way for a pull---- time to ponder ....why did I try to make one more round?)

Radial tires flex more you will need the tubes too.
