Is the YT auction page down for good, or do I have a setting wrong to open it? It seems to have been down for awhile, at least here.

When I use Craigs list many times you are transferred to ebay for price andetc. Wouldnt be using craigs list if I wanted Ebay

I am guessing that the ads you are looking at on craigs list were placed by folks that are simply advertising their ebay items. I think that is against Craigslist policy. The next time you are transferred to ebay, report it to craigslist.

For now it is down. There are plans to bring it back when they find the proper software to give it an up-grade. I'd like to see an auction format that could give ebay a run for its money, even if we have to pay a little for its use.

I, too, am all for a site that would give everyone an alternative to "greed" bay. Let us know what we can do to help get this off the ground.

Have you tried Craig's List? There's getting to be more tractors machinery listed there all the time. And; the price is right!

Yes, I use Craigs list, and successfully, but some people are so ingrained into the ebay thing that they "THINK" they are getting a bargain if they can "bid" on it.

I've never found a way to search the entire USA on craigslist. And there doesn't seem to be much acivity in my immediate area.
