I'd like to know the history behind this listing of the 330 on e-bay! It leaves a lot of questions unanswered-listed, not listed?

SN #1 of 1091 of all 330 versions built. The rarest of a very uncommon tractor.

They have the original bill of sale from the JD dealer.

It was withdrawn by epay because of the escalating price, but restarted.

I've seen it reported that any restored 330 sells for as much as $20K.

Its part of an estate and the family isn't willing to split the tractor, so they are probably selling it, to split the cash.

Been dragging on now for almost two weeks. It's obvious some rich person will get it. Why doesn't the rich person just put a $1 million bid up there and be done with it. But then again, the reserve could be $5 million.

I was just at ebay looking at the bidders. Wonder why bidder 26 was raising the price against himself?

He was raising his bid, trying to out bid bidder #25, but he didn't get the job done. On Ebay you can`t raise the bid against your self. As the high bidder you can enter higher and higher bids but they never actually take place unless and until someone out bids your lower bid. It isn't like at a live auction where a shady auctionieer can just keep taking your bid even if no one bids against you.

So true! Still, I sometimes wish I'd been born rich rather than just good looking!

If you look at the feedback on the high bidders
none of them have bid on much of anything in the tractor section. One had bought books, one doll clothes etc, then they bid on a 100000 tractor.
