Hi Gang;
Someone asked about my 4x4, its a Mitsubishi Shogun Pinin compact (SUV in think you call them).
4 cylinder gas 2 litre engine, rear wheel drive with shift on the go 4wd hi, and stop-n-shift 4wd low inc dif lock (a true mechanical 4wd not one of those hydraulic front wheel assist).
No-one here sells these compacts with diesel engines - so this gas one doesnt have a great deal of torque.
Wanted a Jeep Wrangler but they are a lot bigger vehicle and my wife did'nt like the bulk. It will do 32 miles per English gallon driven carefully. (think that equates to 25mpg US gallon). Cheers David

More of a big waste of money, no room, over priced and over hyped.

HA! A Jeep Wrangler too bulky? She should see something like a Chevy Tahoe, about the size of one of your lorries. And I'm surprised that something of that size does'nt get better mileage.

Nope, I'm from Ohio. But a lot of people here think they're from Texas. Lot of yuppies driving Tahoes and Hummers that won't see anything more off road than a flat gravel driveway. I myself have a '95 Dodge 2500 4x4 with a cummins, but I use that for some heavy hauling on occaision and to get to work in any weather.

Nice looking vehicle.

I thought small diesel engines were common in Europe.
