'Bout half proud of this darned fix on a 30-year-old tractor.

I am not an A/C expert but I beleive it should be blowin colder than 45 degrees. I think they aim for about 35. I know my Case 2390 with the old R12 blows about 35 and for sure my NH TR86, it gets so cold in the cab you can see your breath and that is while cutting barley in July!

Oh yeah,

If you let 'em ice that evaporator over, they blow really cold.

Newer type orifice-tube units run right at 42 degrees from the factory.

Shucks Allan. I can get colder air than that up here just by blowing fresh outside air through the vents. Of course in a couple of months that may not hold true!

Things are warming up here slightly. I can see the tops of last years tall vegetation sticking up through the snow in places.

Not COLD enough need to get her down to where ya can keep the beer at 34-36 degrees . Sorta like my old large car 4370 Eagel did not need a refridgerator just throw a 12 pack back in the bunk close the certin and put the fan on high the bunk would get down to 36 degrees on a 90 degree day also put frost on the inside of the windsheild.

Just fer fun and giggles, think I check it again after I get the roof panel put back on; just laying over the top of 'er now. :>)

Think the old tractor is about ready to head back out to the country in a day or two. Just doin' little piddly tasks now. Lights, trim hardware, etc.
