I pastor a growing church with a good group of farmers and tractor enthusiasts. There are also a great number of tractor guys and gals in the area. Recently someone suggested that we start a tractor club as there are no tractor clubs close by.
Being a tractor enthusiast myself, I thought it would be a good idea. However, I have little experience in this and really don"t know where to get started. Any advice would be appreciated. Also any copies of by-laws or purpose statements from tactor clubs would be appreciated as well.

Thanks

If you use the priciples from your growing church and apply them to youe tractor club it will turn out about like normal. Liability insurance is the biggest problem that we all face. Member participation is the second.
