Find an auto parts store that carries Moog chassis parts. Their catalog has a section in the back listing every tie rod end they make by size. You will need to know the thread pitch and length, major and minor diameters and length of taper on ball stud.

I don't want to be responsible for damage or injury, but if the ball has fallen out of the socket and you are just going to use it around the farm, there is a simple fix. Just knock the ball out of the steering arm, take off the rubber boot, clean out the socket, put the ball in. Then find a big washer that fits over the threaded part of the ball and weld the washer to the socket. Let it cool, put the boot on,put it together and grease it.

There are several brands that use a simple clevis system. An all-thread rod with a clevis welded on one end, and female pipe with a nut welded on one end and a clevis on the other. Soft bushings are matched to the bolts in the clevis's, so they can be replaced when worn.
