Hi my name is Tom Bradley and I live in the ozarks west of springfield. I mostly read the boards but I identify with a many of the posts as I have two 860 fords, one 850 fords, farmall super c, and a 674 international with 2250 single handle loader. This morning i noticed one of my front tires was flat on the narrow front end super c. I thought I would just run the good tire up on a board to get clearance to change the other tire. There doesn't seem to be a good place to put a jack. Is this the way it is done or is there a better way. I have only had the super c for 3 or 4 month so haven't changed a tire yet.

Yep thats the easy way to do it. You may want to use a few boards, say start with a 1 by then go to a 2 by and then maybe a 1 by and 2 by. You need to get it up a good bit higher so when you try to put the tire back on you have room to play with under it or it will be a bear to put back on. Get it up 2 or 3 inches higher then what you think it needs to be that way you have room to move it around as needed to put it back on

I had a "B" for many years, and that's how I always "jacked up" the front end to work on a tire.
