I did compression test one is 79 and other is 80. I guess thats not to bad. Thanks for the info.

If it's original which very few still are, I&T manual says 65 PSI.

Since the G John Deere was built as an all fuel engine I doubt that compression would be more than 100/110 lbs, but that is a guess. What does the shop manual say? If you don't have one, they are available fron the dealer at resonable cost.
