We have recently purchased a wheat seperator out of a barn. The only information we have is its a Turner Economy pull type wheat separater. We have no clue as to if this is the brand name or model, what year. If anyone has a small idea as to what we may have or direction I need to go to find out please contact me. It will be greatly appreciated

There was a Turner Co. in North Carolina that made all types of equipment. I have one of their sawmills and have heard of balers and many other pieces of farm equipment. I think the factory was in Salsbury just above Charlotte.
Maybe some NC folks could help.

Keri, Reference from "The Grain Harvesters" book.
Turner,H.S. and R.W.Irwin. 1974, Ontario's
Threshing Machine Industry. A short history of
these pioneer companies and their contribution to
Ontario agriculture. Publ. 126-30. School of Eng.,
Univ. of Guelph, Ontario, Canada. Maybe this book
would help if available. Hope you get some help.
