does ANYBODY NEED A LITTLE PROPANE? THE PRICE IS CHEEP IF YOU CAN FIGUR OUT HOW TO GET OUT OF the tank(sorry about the cap lock). The whole town of Lewistown MO is empty(600pop)and 3 miles around town because of a leaking propane tank with 15,000gal in it and 18,000 in the one next to it. Can you imagine what the bill is going to be for motels and water pipes. The highs have been around 15deg.they closed the town Sunday night as soon as the game was over.

Just heard good new on the radio a couple hours ago. They are starting to let people back into their houses after the houses have been checked out for residual propane. Also, HEETCO (the propane company) has agreed to pay the plumbing bills for frozen pipes.

To my understanding the ground froze and heaved a post breaking a valve letting out vapor then the fire department did as told spraying water on it but that froze in the zero degree weathersome how sealing it and making it go into liquid under the ice that is the problem. been all over the news here i am about 45 miles south of there
