Hi,
I just aquired a nice barn kept 1937 Case LI (industrial electric start).It is a in-line 4 cyl. 403cu motor.my quest.is, does it run on kerosene or gas ?? also there are 2 fillers for the fuel tank,but it is all one tank.there was a fuel cap on the frt.outlet but was missing the cap on the rear outlet,was this rear outlet for a fuel gauage cap ?? The LI was designed to start on gasoline, and run on kerosene. The fuel tank should have a divider in it. The filler on the top was for the main part of the tank, and carried kerosene, and the filler behind the steering wheel was for gasoline.

Most everyone these days just runs the tractor on gas, and puts it in the main tank.
