I have a Tulsa 20ton on my truck. I uded to run a wrecher and the winch on the wrecker had a spring loaded plate that kept the cable from loosening off the spool.
What is this plate called?
I am trying to find one but I don;t know what to look for.
Brian

For some reason the name cable tensioner comes to mind, but that may not be the name your looking for. Distant memory from working with winches on rollback trucks back in the day.
