super 99 intake bolts?

anyone know the best way to get old intake bolts out with out cracking the block? Drill or just hope they break loose? My 2nd project so please excuse my ignorance.

You would probably get a better response on the Oliver board. It would also be helpful if you specified whether you have a 6 cylinder or a GM engine in your Super 99. Maybe not though. Either way I don't know what you are referring to. The GM engine only has four bolts holding on the intake manifold on the blower. Should be a problem at all because the blower housing is aluminum? The 6 cylinder should have studs holding the intake manifold on?
