Does anyone know where you can get GM service bulletins (TSB) online or ???. I know there was a bulletin put out on this. TSB # 040525002B. I just can't find a source to read it. Any help appreciated.

I had the same problem on my 2002 S10 Blazer 4 X 4 and it was a speed sensor not the brakes.

This may not work for you, but I had the same thing happen on my 2000 powerstroke ford. A mechanic friend suggested I change the rear axle speed sensor. Toward the front top of the differential. $9.00 at Napa and 15 min. later, I had it changed and no more abs light. Gus

I just copied and pasted your TSB # into my Google search engine and it came up with hundreds of bits of information.

All of them seem to point to modual not communicating. The TSB is supposed to tell dealer the best fix for this. This started after truck was recalled for brake sensors. Now dealer wants $60.00 to put it on computer.

This is going to sound silly, but are you sure you don't have a leak in your brake lines somewhere or your reservoir is low?.

Do your brake lights work ? A blown brake light fuse will put the brake and ABS light on.
