Hey there.... Was in town yesterday and took a peek at an old 966. Couldn't help but think of you when I saw it. Didn't have time to look it over close, but she's got a 2 year old engine (so says salesman... little old man had it, never used it hard, etc. etc.), so so rubber, front loader, clean and dry, right at 8500 hours. Paint fair. I didn't look at the tranny or fire her up. Boys are proud of her too. Asking 12,5 Cad .... 'bout 10,750 your money. I'd think them quite negociable if they know what's good for their books. Right'n ready to roll in sunny Sydney, Nova Scotia. Imagine the freight on that one.....

Geeze,

I'm still working on the one I've got. :>)

Got the sound deadening insulation on top of the tranny today, put the floor boards on 'er and painted up the battery tray/cab mount irons.

Ordered a cab kit, pedal boots, floor mat and that darned dash mat. Nobody had a hydraulic cover; guess I'm just gonna have to make that dude out of something.

Don't know what just yet, but those hydraulics gotta be shut up. :>)

You never kinow about those little old ladies. My grand parents were looking for a better car about 1960 or so. Grandpa was 80, grandma was 67. Grandma did all the driving. Neighbor kid had a 2 yr old car for sale so they bought it, 58 Ford hardtop with a Police Interceptor V-8. I don't think they even realized what they bought.

Hey! I'm a school teacher and my Hondas see that nice little red line at least a couple times a month! I mean, you have to be able to merge into traffic once in a while! LOL

People always bought my mom's trade ins because she is the old school teacher - salesman obviously never mentioned her hellion kids that drove her car!
