Just saw the movie "Cars" on DVD. The tractor tipping by Mater the tow truck (Larry the cable guy) was hilarious. The tractors were supposed to be sleeping cows, I think. Seems like I have heard of cow-tipping, but not sure. I asked my father-in-law who is an old dairyman if he ever heard of it, but he hasn"t. Anyone got any input? Thanks, Gus

have watched that movie about 50 times - my son's FAVORITE movie, but for some reason, every time I watch it, I notice something new.... When Doc and LM are getting ready to race, did you notice the clouds in the sky look like tractor tire tracks???? It is a cute movie, by the way.

I use to take some of the girls I dated Snipe hunting. It was more fun than tipping cows.

I have an old boss whose dad owned (may still own) dairy cows. And He said that cow tipping is more of a myth because you really cant tip over a 1500lb animal easily. Now if 4 teenagers all pushed from one side real hard the cow may lose its balance and keel over. (I have never tried it) I saw the movie cars too and it was funny. Those tractors looked like the old letter series IH tractors.

I grew up in farm country, and I never heard of cow-tipping until about 20 years ago. Back then it was something the city kids did when they drove out to the country late at night...usually while drinking. Now it's apparently pretty commonplace.

I just never knew whether to leave 15% or 20%...

Just watch the comedy movie Airplane.

At the end they show the emergency equipment rushing to the runway.

The last vehicle to go out was a 2+2 IH.

Strange movie.

Yeah, but the plane was in good hands with Otto Pilot at the controls. Now if the hero could only fix his drinking problem :)

Mel Brooks really turned out some good stuff.

I watched Cars last night and History of the world Part 1 by Mel brooks the night before . I haven't laughed that hard at a movie ( cars ) in a long time ! History of the world part 1 I watched with some late twenty somethings and they didn't understand most of the puns and inuendo(sp) . Oh Well ! It's still funny to me but I'm easy . Happy New Year ! ...Randy
