Hi Guys,

Just in takin' a breather. Right at half way on this conversion process. Hey! Those old tractors have a heck of a lot of bolts!

'Sure hope the Mother Major doesn't see the mess I'm making out there in her yard. :>)

Are you putting that cab back on again? Did you find your A/C part? I"ve gotten so I just hate freezing my butt, but I do want some of my smaller tractors to remain open station.
Didja get the dual hubs off?
Paul

Hi Paul,

This is a totally different tractor, which belongs to Gary over in eastern Iowa. I'm in the process of switching it over to an open station for him before it ships.

Will attack those hubs as a last task; been soakin' 'em with penetrant.

I"ve got a bud in eastern IA. I wonder if he"s close to IAGary.

Allan

Better keep that yard clean, or you might have to sleep in that cab! Ha!

Put the pump back on the 1466 yesterday, might go out and try to fire it up in a liitle while. Wanted to yesterday, but got busy fixing other stuff. To make a long story short, I have to put the cab back on when I get done fixing. Rescued the old 14 from the salvage yard about 2 years ago. Had a broken shaft, the hollow one that goes into the pressure plate... If I ever get around to learning how to post pics, I'll put a few on here...

Got to run, good luck getting the fenders and platform on!

Now,

Would it be politically correct to refer to this as an "outhouse"? :>)
