I usually get her jewlery so this year is no exception. Got her a Ruby and Diamond ring and a Saphire bracelet. She has a Kasey Kane jacket from the kids and I am sure I have gotten her other things but since she bought them I'll find out Christmas.

I can't buy her any clothes, she won't wear perfume, her taste in reading is unfathomable, and she's on a diet so Vitamin CH (chocolate) is a no-no.
SO.
Flowers it is. And a set of language tapes she will listen to in the car on her way to work or her classes. Got her favourite bracelet fixed and that was just south of $500. Phone cards, other small knick knacks. She asked me what I wanted. I have everything I need and then some and more blessings than any one guy should have. And that's what I told her. Didn't tell her i'm going to rebuild the swather, replate the disc, buy a little grain cleaner and if a nice D-17 goes past, GRAB.
Hope everyone will have a safe and happy holiday and give some thought to our troops who can't get home.

This is always a hard time for me. I never know what to get my wife. I may have got it right this year. I got her big stuffed chair. I am also going to buy her an engine kit. Hope she likes it, I know I will. Stan

An Apple iMac. Tired of all the problems with her PC, and since she uses it every day (into Geneology, etc.) hope the Mac won't be as susceptible to problems. Plus its got a nice big screen. She's already got it, since I had to know what she really wanted before I spend that kind of money.

Also got her a backup camera (Costco special) for her van. In the last six months she's nailed the son-in-law's car & a pole in a parking lot. Can't say too much right now since I clipped the taillight & passenger side fender extension on a fencepost backing my dually out of the driveway in the snow yesterday....

Keith

PS...I'm getting another tractor, as soon as the snow melts enough to be able to get to my trailer.

third party image

I'm handed a specific list each year, so #1 daughter and I make an evening dinner date and go to the city shopping.
Also in early December 'my' Mary Kay beauty consultant has a fancy open house and invites her best customers. Mama and daughter always go. A week or 2 later I get a call asking 'how much you want to spend this year pal?' I give her a dollar figure and a day or 2 later I get the second call to pick up the order. What a deal! And I'm just as surprised Christmas morning as they are. Everything is gift wrapped for me. Who can say they get their wife and daughter cosmetics and get it right every time?
Favorite daughter scored pretty good this year. I want my Eldorado back so I found this truck last week for her. (no sissy rice burners for her) Gretchen Wilson syndrome I'm told.

Well, since she bought be a new air compressor for $400 the other day (unbeknownst to her, until she got home from work!) I got her some new scrapbooking tools she wanted and $300 cash.

Always better to let each other pick out what we want, then there's no need to fake happiness. :o)

Well, like someone said earlier, she's got me, so what else does she need.

But this year, I got her a gift card for the local jewelry store. She likes jewelry and this makes it easier for me and allows her to pick what she wants, eliminating my getting her the wrong thing. Also giving her an IOU for building a small hickory cabinet for her kitchen TV/DVD player.

Wonder if she got the hint I dropped about the wide-front Farmall M that's for sale up the road???

I have to admit I am being a little selfish but I am getting her a second mistletoe. Sort of doubles my chances of catching her in any particular part of the house. Happy Holidays!

Wife picks out most of her presents because I don't have a CLUE of what to get her. She got a microwave to go over the stove instead of range hood and a new DVD-VCR player. I got her a couple of Grandmother picture frames and a gift certificate to clothes store. I've tried in the past and what ever I buy is too big, tooo small, wrong color, wrong pattern, so I just tell her to buy what she wants and then it'll be right. Chris

Oh, yea, I have to take out old hood and put in microwave. Wonder if range hood would do any good over welding table? Merry Christmas to all, Chris

Only been married a year so I have a long ways to go before she has everything. Got her a nice Notre Dame throw blanket, a Dyson vacuum, and some nice diamond earings. When you read "nice" think... expensive!

Joe you can never go wrong with diamonds for women.

What they see in them has always puzzled me?

Canon 6MegPix Digital camera...

Hope she likes it.

She got me a set of gauges, right after I ordered the VDO's. Jumped my case for that, she did...

Let's go Mountaineers,

Aaron

Wife picked out a old drop front desk at a shop.

Told me where it was and all I had to do is pick it up and pay for it.

Shopping was easy for me this year but I've struggled other years.
