My wife has a dog grooming shop. One of her customers today was a 150 lb Newfie. Sweet dog, not a mean bone in her. But she did NOT want to be groomed. Picking that squirming mass of fur, bones and teeth did my back in. I am 51 and have never hurt like this. If it doesn't get better by tommorrow, off to the doc. We have all the right equipment, too. Hydraulic tables, stainless tub with steps, but getting her into the tub, and on the table was a test of wills. And she damm near won.

And here I thought you were talking about the two legged variety. If you meet one of these ask him about making skreech.

My dad said they had one when he was a kid. If they went out of the yard it would fetch them. Oh so gently ut its mouth over his hands and lead him back into the yard.

John

Heck, I got bit by a Chiuaua (sp) Terrier mix. Didn't think he got me, but after he was back on his chain I looked at my left index finger. Gaped open pretty good. My own stupidity.

Let's go Mountaineers,

Aaron

Aloha, Yeah, I know what you mean. I was at the vet and saw a little young lady with that 150lb monster at the end of the leash. It"s a good thing that it was trained or I doubt that she could have held on to it.

Mahalo,
