Tractor sold for $79,100 last time, now has $2500 buy-it-now. What's that all about?

I do know for certain the 5010 was legimately bought the first time for the $79,100 price. This relisting on EBay has to be a scam . The 5010 will be in good company with the first 3010, 4010 and 8010. have a great day.

Walter paid $70000 for the first 3010 and 4010,so i guess the 5010 wasn't that far out of line.

I se it has the usual note "contact me before bidding" so they can get your Email address.

That makes my blood boil that people pull stunts like that!!! I wish someone could do something about it. Maybe E bay will notice when real pepole stop selling as much on their site , but you can reach a big market on e bay. What could be done in this case??? Could the person get in trouble for fraud?? I just think it is wrong!!!

The person who bought it for $79,000 just robbed them self :) hahahaha. ,but I think it's great that peple can and will pay that much for a part of farm history. I wish there was a way to do something to the turkey who is trying to rip people off buy selling something that they don't own or have.

I know where there is a W450 that is the first of all of the 450's. This tractor may be for sale and I am wanting to know if it is worth more because of this, or does this only apply to John Deeres.

That whole thing has been mighty suspicious. Be interesting to see how it plays out this time.

If the party who bought it is in fact who bought it, I suspect the $2500.00 deal is a scam. The folks who supposedly bought it also own the #1 3010 and 4010, and I can't even imagine them selling it, let alone at a loss! I recently listed a nice little piece on EBAY and put right in terms and conditions scammers will not be tolerated and immediately reported to the proper authorities. Sure has stopped a lot of BS!
