Number 8 cylinder will not fire. It has spark,
and 115 lb. compression. It has throttle body fuel injection. Any Ideas??

Vacuum leak from bad intake gasket or a sucked in intake valve.
Try spraying carb cleaner around the #8 runner and see if idle raises or miss goes away momentarily.
Pull valve cover off and remove both rockers for #8 cyl and look at the installed height of the valves.If one is higher(especially intake),it sucked in.~brad

Hi Dave,

Just a "for what it's worth", but all system vacumn is pulled from the number 8 cylinder rail.

Dunno, ya might wanna start in that area.
