I was cleaning a ditch yesterday and the left swing cylinder on my backhoe started to feeling weak. It would work fine if not under any pressure. It is'nt leaking anywhere and all the other hydralics are working fine. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

The seals on the piston could be leaking internally and wouldn't loose any fluid on the ground. Dave

Is it the control lever or pedal feel weak? If so its not uncommon for the spring or hold down bolt to break in the control valve spool.
