Suggestions on rippers

O.K. What I need is a D6 with rippers on the blade to drive around the pastures and root up old foundation blocks, pipes, and buried stumps. What I have is an old Oliver 130 hoss and a Case 110 hoss. It's pasture on top of an old sawmill townsite, and I'd like to renovate some pasture. Can't plow because of the trash, am looking for a large offset, but wouldn't it be best to have some sort of heavy ripper to drag around loosening the compaction and bringing up the trsh first? Matt.

Take a look in the tractor photos of my JD 4320 with a 5 shank Tebben ripper. You could pull one of those with your tractor(s). Tebben rippers seem to have a good trip mechanism and seem to be trouble free, so would bring up your trash without breaking. Used ones in our area go from $650 to $1400.

Your tractors will easily handle a 3 shank v-ripper. That would tear it up good but if you have much trach buried you are gonna have fun picking it up. V-rippers are quite common here in the thumb of Mi. You can go down 2 ft or so with one.
