New Holland 855 round baler.

My neighbor is talking about "the little bale starter finger" on the pickup"?

I don't know what he is refering to. Can someone enlighten me?

Thanks,

Allan

"little" bale starter finder? If a man wanted a little bale why would he buy an 855? I have no clue.

Been a while since we had an 855 but I'm not sure either. Maybe he is talking about the tines on the wind guard?

Dunno,

I just replied, "Oh".

Sure don't mind showing my ignorance and stupidity worldwide, but just didn't wanna sound like a complete and total idiot here locally. :>)

I thought maybe there was a trip or something having to do with those air bags.

There's that overfill thingy that trips when you bust the shear bolt on the pickup. Still wondering myself.

I dunno,

I'm gonna go over there in an hour or so and see what the heck he is talking about.

Mine is a 849 and I thought it was just a smaller version of the 855. Evidently, it's not. :>(
