I have a nice case 611 but it won"t run on wide open. I have a feeling it"s not getting fuel on the high end. Low end or at idle, it runs and starts great! But when you open the throttle, it won"t run. I pulled the gas line and ran all new fuel line right from the tank. I cleaned the carb, and its fine too. Now i can"t get it to run wide open...?? My mind tells me something like dirt is in one of the jets, plugging the high end rev. but i JUST cleaned it! Can i get a carb kit for this tractor? YT doesn"t seem to sell one... help!?!?

If it runs OK at slow speed but not fast, It could be the float valve hole pluged or not opening enough. They make float valves with diferent size holes--could it have been changed?

Could you have put the carb back together wrong? My father has a 311B that had carb problems, I've rebuilt the fool thing at least 5 times, never got any better. The last time was tthis summer and it would dribble gas out the throat...first time for this. Finally had it re-built by the dealer, and the float had a pin hole...causing the dribble, but the upper casting had a slight warp, and THAT was what was causing all the other problems.Mike

You might not be getting enough voltage to the coil for the spark timing to keep up at higher rpms. Try checking the ignition system...points, condenser, dist. etc.
