The "quick fix" is to mend the leak it while still on the tractor. May depend on your circumstances. May not have the tools, may not be able to pump it up enough to loosen the wheel as suggested. Depends what is holding up the wheel - spigot or sh1t around the studs. Sometimes jacking across from something solid will shift it, especially with some help from a sledge.
HTH.

Put the bolts back on loose but not real loose. Air up the tire and then drive it around a little. You should here when it pops loose from the center and then just jack it up and remove the bolts and pop it off.
